Members can row seated or standing on this machine, which gives coaches two setups from one station. The angled chest pad adjusts, and rotating handles let users change grip as they pull. At about 1.47m by 1.42m and 1.27m high, it slots into a back-training corner without dominating it. Useful in PT studios where one client rows heavy and the next needs a more supported position.
