Service & Maintenance

Gym equipment servicing & repair.

Treadmills, cardio and strength machines kept safe, smooth and presentable. Preventive servicing, on-site repairs, spare parts and reupholstery, from a Kuala Lumpur team that services what it sells.

What we fix

The parts that wear.

01

Treadmills & cardio

Belts, decks, rollers and consoles inspected, cleaned and calibrated, on treadmills, cross trainers and bikes.

02

Cables & weight stacks

Frayed or stretched cables replaced before they snap, end fittings checked, stacks and guide rods running smooth and quiet again.

03

Bearings, pivots & bolts

Bearings, bushings and pivots cleaned and greased; every bolt that works loose under load re-torqued, from seat brackets to frame joints.

04

Pads & upholstery

Split or worn seats, benches and pads repaired or fully reupholstered, so a structurally sound machine looks near-new again.

05

Spare parts

Genuine replacement parts for the machines we supply, fitted on site.

06

Scheduled service contracts

Regular preventive visits worked through a checklist, with one point of contact. Gym upkeep becomes a predictable budget line, not a string of emergencies.

    We fix it on site

Our team services or repairs the machine at your gym.

Why it matters

Fix it before a user finds it.

Condo, hotel and commercial gym equipment runs all day with nobody watching. Cables stretch and fray, bearings dry out, bolts work loose and pads split. A cable that snaps under load is an injury risk and a liability for whoever manages the gym, not just an inconvenience.

Servicing on a schedule catches those faults early, keeps the whole floor available and makes the equipment last longer. For the full picture, read our gym equipment maintenance guide, or see the gyms we've fitted out.

Common questions

Servicing FAQ

Do you service treadmills?

Yes. Treadmill servicing covers the belt, running deck, rollers and console: inspecting, cleaning, adjusting and calibrating, and replacing worn parts. We do the same for cross trainers and exercise bikes.

Can you repair equipment you didn't supply?

Send us a photo of the machine and its model plate on WhatsApp. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help and whether parts are available, before you commit to anything.

What's the difference between preventive and reactive maintenance?

Reactive means waiting for something to break and then fixing it. Preventive means servicing on a schedule so worn cables, dry bearings and loose bolts are caught before a user finds the fault. Preventive costs less over the life of the equipment and keeps downtime planned.

Is it worth refurbishing an old machine instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. Commercial frames usually outlast their upholstery and cables by years, so new pads, cables and bushings can bring a sound machine back to near-new for a fraction of replacement cost. We'll tell you if a machine isn't worth saving.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Kuala Lumpur and service gyms across the Klang Valley and beyond. Tell us where your gym is when you message and we'll confirm.

Machine acting up?

Send us a photo.

Tell us the machine and what's wrong on WhatsApp. We'll come back with what it needs and a clear quote.
