Scorpion High Row — Arsenal FORGE-X
At 2.44m, the Scorpion High Row is the tallest plate-loaded machine Arsenal makes, so ceiling height is the first thing to check. The pull comes from high and in front to work the upper back, with knurled grips that adjust in both angle and width. Seat height, range of motion and thigh support pads all adjust, and upright seating keeps the chest open. Best suited to commercial floors with generous clearance.
