Diverging Row — Arsenal FORGE-X
Handles spread apart as they travel back, following the path the elbows naturally take during a heavy row. A rail slide system keeps that diverging motion smooth, and the chest pad adjusts in depth to set range of motion. Several knurled grips, adjustable seat height and plate storage on the frame round it out. It pairs with the FORGE-X Converging Chest Press for a matched push-pull set.
