Seated Row — Arsenal FORGE-X
Floating handles rotate as the user pulls, so the grip can shift to bias the lats or the mid-back. A centre post handle helps stabilise one-arm work, which matters when the arms move independently. Chest pad depth and seat height both adjust. It has one of the smaller FORGE-X footprints, about 1.63m by 1.5m and 1.27m high.
