These terms apply when you use the New Era Fitness website. By browsing the site or sending a quotation request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

New Era Fitness supplies, installs and maintains commercial gym equipment, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You can reach us on our Contact page.

This website is a catalogue of our commercial gym equipment and a way to request a quotation. It is not an online shop. We do not show prices on the site, and you cannot buy or pay for anything here. Pricing, availability and payment are all arranged with our team directly.

When you send a quotation request, you are asking us for pricing — you are not placing a binding order, and we are not making you a binding offer. We will follow up, usually on WhatsApp, with pricing and lead time. A sale only happens once both sides confirm the details separately.

Most equipment is made to order. As a guide, a 50% deposit begins manufacturing and shipping, and delivery is usually around 6–8 weeks. The exact terms for your order are confirmed with you before anything is paid or made.

You can sign in to track your quotation. Please keep access to your email or Google account secure, as that is how you sign in. Let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Please use the site only for genuine enquiries. Do not try to disrupt the site, access other people's information, or use it for anything unlawful.

We try to keep machine details, specifications and photos accurate, but they are for general guidance and may change. The final specifications are confirmed in your quotation.

The content on this site — including text, logos and product images — belongs to New Era Fitness or our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We provide the website as it is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website itself. This does not affect the terms of any actual purchase, which we agree with you separately, and nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example shipping delays, supplier or factory issues, natural events, or government actions. If something like this affects your order, we will keep you informed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

These terms, and any dealing between us, are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
