What does New Era Fitness do?
New Era Fitness is a Kuala Lumpur-based commercial gym equipment supplier. We supply, install and maintain strength and cardio equipment for condos, hotels, corporate gyms, schools, commercial gyms and PT studios across Malaysia.
See our completed projects →Which areas in Malaysia do you cover?
We are based in the Klang Valley and deliver nationwide. Our busiest areas are Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor, and we also have completed projects in Penang, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Perak.
See areas we serve →Why aren't prices shown on the website?
Every gym is priced to its own space, machine mix and building access, so a fixed online price would be misleading. We quote on WhatsApp against your actual requirements instead.
What drives gym setup cost →How do I get a quote?
Message us on WhatsApp with your venue type, floor size and what you want to run, and we will put together a tailored quote. No payment is taken on the website.
Contact us →Do you install the equipment, or just deliver it?
We handle supply, installation and maintenance in-house, including delivery into high-rise condos and coordinating lifts and building access. You deal with one team from quote to after-sales.
Read the buyer's guide →Do you service and maintain the equipment after installation?
Yes. We service what we supply, from routine cable, bearing and upholstery checks to repairs, and we also offer refurbishment and reupholstery for tired machines.
How maintenance works →Can I try the machines before I buy?
Yes. Our two Everywhere Fitness gyms, at Netizen in Cheras and in Sungai Long, double as working showrooms where you can test the exact equipment before ordering.
Find our showrooms →What's the difference between pin-loaded and plate-loaded machines?
Pin-loaded (selectorised) machines use a weight stack you set with a pin — fast and beginner-friendly. Plate-loaded machines use loose plates for a heavier, free-weight feel. Most gyms use a mix.
Compare pin vs plate →What equipment suits a condo or serviced-residence gym?
A compact, mostly pin-loaded mix that is safe for unsupervised, mixed-ability residents, plus durable cardio and a few plate-loaded pieces, all sized to a fixed amenity-floor footprint.
Condo gym guide →What about a hotel or resort gym?
Hotels want presentable, durable equipment in a compact layout, with screen-equipped cardio for a premium feel and reliable servicing so nothing is ever out of order for guests.
Hotel gym guide →Do you supply commercial treadmills and cardio?
Yes. Our cardio range comes in three tiers — Mirror Screen for hotels and premium condos, Standard for everyday gyms, and self-generating Heavy Duty for 24-hour high-traffic floors.
Treadmill buying guide →Can you help me open a brand-new gym?
Yes. Beyond equipment, we can help plan your floor layout, and our guide walks through the licensing steps — SSM, the local council business licence and Bomba fire safety.
How to open a gym →Do you sell single machines or only full fit-outs?
Both. We supply anything from a single machine or a replacement part to a complete commercial gym fit-out. Browse the full range and add what you need to a quote.
Browse equipment →Do you do home gyms?
Yes. Alongside commercial projects we set up private home gyms, working to the space and training the owner actually wants rather than a fixed package.
See the range →What is the lead time and do you take a deposit?
Pre-Order — estimated delivery 6–8 weeks. Only a 50% deposit begins manufacturing/shipping.
Ask about lead time →Do you offer refurbishment and reupholstery?
Yes. Frames often outlast their upholstery and cables, so refurbishing an older machine — new pads, cables and bushings — can restore it for a fraction of replacement cost.
