Olympic Decline Bench — Arsenal Alpha
Decline barbell pressing shortens the range and shifts the emphasis toward the lower chest, and this bench gives it a dedicated station. The uprights sit about 1.22m apart with cheat tabs for emergency racking, and four horns plus additional storage keep plates close. The footprint is about 1.9m by 1.83m. It completes a matched flat, incline and decline set.
