Incline Fly — Arsenal Reloaded
Dumbbell flyes lose tension near the top, where the weights stack over the shoulders, and a lever-arm fly spreads the load more evenly through the arc. This incline version is designed around 25lb (about 11kg) plates so they clear the frame through a full range of motion. A curved lumbar bench, rotating knurled handles and a simple seat adjustment round it out. Only 0.76m tall and 78kg, it is easy to position.
