ISO Flat Press — Arsenal Reloaded
Lying flat under independent press arms gives members a bench press feel without needing a spotter or a rack. Each arm moves on its own, so a weaker side can't hide behind the stronger one. The start position adjusts, the knurled 32mm handles offer two hand placements, and four horns store plates on the frame. It needs roughly 1.6m by 1.5m and stands about 1m tall, easy to fit beside a free-weight zone.
