Olympic Flat Bench — Arsenal Alpha
Flat barbell bench press is the lift most gyms see queues for at peak hour, so this bench tends to get used all day. The pad sits about 46cm off the floor and measures roughly 25cm by 1.22m. Uprights are about 1.22m apart, with cheat tabs for emergency racking. Four horns and extra plate storage keep the area tidy, within about 1.9m by 1.57m of floor.
