Multi Row — Arsenal Reloaded
Three hand positions let one machine work the mid-back, lats and rear delts from different angles, and the start point adjusts for a full stretch. An adjustable angled chest pad keeps the torso supported through each rep, and the knurled handles are 25mm in diameter. Four storage horns keep plates on the frame. Footprint is about 1.55m by 1.22m, compact for a plate-loaded row.
