Standing Leg Curl — Arsenal M-1
Training one leg at a time while standing lets members spot and correct a weaker hamstring, something bilateral curls tend to hide. A thigh support pad keeps the hips in place, the 68kg stack runs on a Kevlar belt, and the frame needs only about 1.42m by 0.66m. A space-efficient way to add a second hamstring option alongside a lying or seated curl.
