Bilateral Leg Press — Arsenal Reloaded
Weighing 430kg, this is the heaviest plate-loaded machine in the Arsenal catalogue, built on 7-gauge 4x2 main rails with the sled running on four linear bearings rated at roughly 300kg each. Two separate footplates, each about 510mm by 560mm, give each foot its own surface. The seat angle adjusts and a low lumbar pad supports the lower back. Give it about 2.6m by 1.4m of floor and a clear loading lane on both sides.
