Linear Smith Row — Arsenal Reloaded
Rowing on a fixed linear track keeps the bar path honest and removes the balance demand of a free barbell row. Handles come in multi-position and rotating versions, they adjust in width, and spare handles hang on storage pegs at the rear. A stabiliser bar behind the user makes entry easy, and the pad adjusts so each member can set a proper hinge. Plan on about 1.8m by 1.55m.
