Chest-supported rowing lets members pull heavy without the lower back taking the strain, and this version narrows the chest pad so breathing isn't restricted mid-set. Swivel grips change the hand angle, the arm width adjusts, and the footplate moves to suit different heights. At under a metre wide, it fits along a wall in a back-training row.
