Competition Flat Bench — Arsenal Alpha
Built for powerlifting-style bench pressing, this bench adds adjustable face savers, a spotter platform, lower band pegs and grip dot upholstery to the basic format. At 172kg it doesn't shift under a heavy unrack. It is a natural choice for strength gyms and athletic facilities that train competitive lifters. Custom colours are available, and it needs about 1.55m by 1.45m.
