Bent-Over Row Bench — Arsenal Alpha
Chest-supported barbell rows take the lower back out of the lift, and this bench is built around a special 1.5m bar with raised handles about 200mm high for clearance. The pad is shaped so it doesn't press on the diaphragm, letting members breathe under load. A holder takes the bar or dumbbells, the footrest adjusts, and frame and pad colours can be customised. Footprint is about 1.8m by 1.52m.
