Viking Press — Arsenal Reloaded
Viking press handles sit beside the body on angled grips, a position many lifters find easier on the shoulders than a straight bar overhead. Handle angle adjusts across 13 positions, the arms move iso-laterally, and the start height adjusts to the user. Four horns store plates. Taking up around 1.5m by 1.4m, it gives strongman-style pressing a proper home on a performance floor.
