Olympic Military Bench — Arsenal Alpha
Unracking a heavy barbell overhead from a seated position is awkward and often where shoulder presses go wrong. A breaker arm system here puts the bar in a better starting position, and an oversized seat and back pad keep the lifter supported. A spotter platform and Olympic plate storage are included. At 291kg it is the heaviest bench in the Alpha range, occupying about 1.9m by 1.24m.
