Pendulum Squat — Arsenal Reloaded
Pendulum squats swing the lifter through an arc, keeping the torso upright and loading the quads hard at the bottom of the rep. Arsenal's version has a four-position platform, height adjustment for different builds and handles that stay comfortable throughout the movement. Four horns store plates, and custom colours are available. At 361kg and just over 2.5m long, it is a natural anchor for a commercial leg zone.
