Vertical Leg Press — Arsenal Reloaded
With the frame set at 90 degrees, this press drives the sled straight up and delivers serious leg loading in less length than an angled sled, about 1.85m by 1.73m. The oversized foot plate, roughly 910mm by 460mm, allows many foot positions, and the sled takes up to 20 full-size plates. Spring-loaded safety stops are non-removable and quick to adjust. Six horns handle storage beside a lumbar-supported seat.
