Linear Leg Press — Arsenal Reloaded
Set at 35 degrees, this sled press rides on 7-gauge 4x2 steel main rails. A round calf block at the base of the deck turns it into a calf station between sets, and band pegs let coaches add accommodating resistance. The seat angle adjusts and includes lower lumbar support. At 2.64m long it needs a proper runway, with room behind the sled for loading plates.
