Glute Bridge — Arsenal Reloaded
Hip extension from a lying bridge position puts the glutes and hamstrings under real load without balancing a barbell across the hips or a bench sliding around underneath. Standing just 0.91m tall, it keeps sightlines open across a lower-body zone, though the 1.8m by 1.8m footprint still needs planning. For PT studios and condo gyms where glute work is a standing request, it replaces a setup that usually takes two people and a lot of padding.
