Johor is a big part of New Era's work, especially in Forest City at Gelang Patah, where we have fitted out gyms in multiple residential towers, and across Johor Bahru in spin studios, personal-training gyms and condominium facilities. We have also supplied an international school in the state.

Johor is a longer haul from our Klang Valley base, so we plan deliveries and installations to be done properly in one trip rather than in dribs and drabs, and we coordinate with site and building management on access and timing. The work ranges from single condo amenity floors in JB to repeat fit-outs across a large waterfront masterplan, plus studios that need specialist gear like indoor cycling banks.
