Vertical Knee Raise / Dip Station — Arsenal Alpha
Vertical knee raises and dips are two of the most useful bodyweight movements, and this station handles both in about 1.04m by 0.81m. The backrest tilts 20 degrees for support, step-up blocks sit about 25cm off the floor for easy entry, and the handles angle forward 60 degrees toward the inside. Separate handles serve the dip station. A practical piece for any condo, hotel or corporate gym.
